Arterra Concept
 
 
San Francisco has always been known for its edgy design, bold style, and environmental awareness. Arterra, San Francisco's first LEED Certified high-rise community definitely embraces all three of those qualities.   Located in the Mission Bay neighborhood, Arterra consists of 3 buildings on a city block totaling 268 affordable residential units. In the center of the buildings is a landscaped, open courtyard which is sure to become a favorite spot for many residents.  
 
The buildings at Arterra are as follows:
 
Building 1: Sky (16 Stories)
Building 2: City (9 Stories)
Building 3: Park (6 Stories)
 
Arterra has embraced many green features in order to obtain a LEED Silver Certification. Some of our favorites are:
o    The building’s exterior façade features panels made from recycled content
o    Roofs feature grass and native plants which minimize rainwater runoff
o    Cork and recycled glass flooring are used in many of the common areas
o    All kitchens feature bamboo floors and Energy Star appliances
 
Arterra is focused on being green, but it also features many amenities for residents to enjoy such as a state of the art fitness center, a community lounge, and a rooftop sundeck with a BBQ which provides unbelievable skyline views.
 
Neighborhood
 
Arterra is located in the Heart of Mission Bay, a masterfully planned neighborhood just south of Downtown San Francisco. Mission bay sat abandoned for many years as an old rail yard, until the early 2000's when development really started to take off. The result is a vibrant neighborhood full of upscale restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. 
 
Just across from Arterra are nearly 50 acres of public parks offering all kinds of recreation from jogging and biking to boating. The San Francisco Giants stadium is just a few block. Aside from it's many attractions Mission bay also features a business park with many opportunities for employment and easy mass transportation.
 
Arterra Condos For Sale
 
Arterra features many different floorplans of condos and townhomes for residents to choose from. Plans range from 1-3 bedrooms and from around 600 to nearly 1,200 square feet. Most units provide sprawling views of the city, bay, or surrounding parks.

Muni trains and busses are nearby as well as a CalTrain stop. For those needing to drive major freeways are nearby as well.
