Overview

Concept:

Carmel Country Highlands is a green development composed of three neighborhoods built by Pardee Homes. The community is comprised of 800 acres set atop a beautiful ridge in the San Diego's North Country. The neighborhoods; Carriage Run, Bridle Ridge, and Derby hill, offer different sized and style single family homes. All homes are built in accordance with the companies LivingSmart® program. Within the Carmel Valley community there is a swimming pool and recreation center. Nearby, residents enjoy easy access to Torrey Pines State Reserve and Golf Course, Del Mar and La Jolla beaches, neighborhood parks, and horse trails. There is abundant shopping within minutes of the community. In addition to chain stores and restaurants, residents also enjoy the quaint downtown area of Del Mar which has local shops and restaurants. The surrounding school districts have a reputation of being some of the best in San Diego.

Neighborhoods:

Carriage Run: Offers the smallest sized homes, which start in the $700,000s. The 2,151 square foot floor plan has 4 bedrooms a 2 car garage and a spacious combined great room, dining room and kitchen area. Perfect for entertaining.

Bridle Ridge: Offers three floor plans starting from $800,000. The largest floor plan in the collection offers two second story decks for enjoying the beautiful views of the nearby 800 acre prairie with walking trails.

Derby Hill: The largest homes with very nice detail and features. Homes start at 3,500 square feet and $1,200,000. Optional features include private courtyards and exercise rooms.

Homes:

Homes in the different neighborhoods range from 2, 151 to 4,587 square feet. There are 9 different floor plans to choose from, and each comes in a variety of exterior styles. The homes are designed with abundant windows to be bright and sunny with open floors plans. Several of the plans have won local awards for design.
