Overview
Concept
Elleven is a LEED Certified high-rise condo building located in downtown Los Angeles. The 13 story building features uber chic lofts and townhomes and was constructed using many green building strategies and features.
Green features of the building include:
- Recycled content building materials used
- Low flow faucetry & toilets used throughout the building
- Floor to ceiling insulated windows, for ample light and passive solar energy
- A location with promotes walking and use of public transportation
Elleven has a fourth floor amenity deck with a pool, spa, barbecues, and an outdoor lounge area. There is 24 hour concierge and security.
Neighborhood
Elleven was completed in 2006 and was the first in a group of new residences which have formed the new neighborhood known as South. It is part of the larger South Park area. The area has a newly developed retail section, located on the streets of Grand, Hope, 11th, and 12th.
Homes
Units at Elleven are referred to as "soft lofts", which can be described are open with raw elements like a loft, but with beautiful modern finishes to make them feel like a home. There are lofts, live/work townhomes, and penthouses available.
Homes at Elleven feature high end finishes which vary per unit. All units have floor to ceiling windows with shades, which allow for abundant light and great views.
Transportation
There is plenty of public transportation around Elleven. Bus stops are on nearly ever corner and the Metro light rail is just 2 blocks away. The building does have parking and easy access to the 110 and 10 for those who drive.
