Concept

Portico is a Master Planned Community located 20 miles north of downtown San Diego in the beautiful Carmel Valley. The community is being built by Pardee Homes and has won several awards for the homes design and green building efforts.

Portico is popular among families due to its close proximity to great schools and recreational areas.   When completed the community will offer a recreation center, soccer field, tennis courts, and a basketball court.
