Overview
Concept
SPIRE is a 41 story new green high rise located in the heart of Downtown Denver. The developers of the 496 unit building have stated their focus as, attainability and then sustainability. That focus shows through in the amenity filled new building, which offers some of the most affordable high rise condos in the nation without sacrificing any integrity in design. The building is seeking to achieve a LEED Silver certification. Green features include:
- 100% of the energy used by SPIRE will be from renewable sources
- SPIRE will use recycled materials during construction and provide recycling chutes to residents on every floor
- SPIRE will use low VOC materials, install operable windows, and employ advanced air filtration systems to assure high indoor air quality
- City steam will be used to heat the pools
- Passive solar strategies assure that 90% of the building will be lit by daylight

Neighborhood
Located in the heart of downtown Denver, SPIRE is in a perfect location for those who are looking to live, work, and play in the city. The building itself contains several amenities, such as:
- 3 outdoor aquatic spaces on a stunning outdoor sky deck
- The 35,000 square foot SPIRE Club, offering indoor and outdoor community space
- Outdoor Zen Garden for yoga or meditation, using all sustainable Colorado landscaping
- Modern fitness center offering cardio and strength training equipment

Homes
There are 496 units at SPIRE and each one of them provides wonderful views of either Downtown Denver or the surrounding beautiful mountains. There are dozens of different floor plans to choose from, varying from around 700 square feet up to 2,000+ square feet. Price ranges from under $200,000 to over one million.
Units contain high end interior finishes, and several energy saving features like dual flush toilets and low flow faucetry. The use of abundant windows helps to cut down on lighting and heating costs, and the windows open up during the cooler months to allows for healthy and cool air to flow throughout the unit. Parking is available at and additional charge. There is however a program with Hertz where residents can rent cars by the hour or day.
Transportation
Getting around from SPIRE should be quite easy. The building is within a quick walk of the light rail system, and there are several bus routes nearby. For those looking to bike or walk, the Cherry Creek Bike Path is just a couple blocks away. Automobile transportation is also easy, with parking in the building and a car sharing program available from Hertz.
