Concept
FishHawk Ranch is a large, Master-planned community with a reputation as one of the best in the Tampa area. The community, which features over 3,500 acres of homes and protected space has been dedicated towards being eco-friendly long before it was popular. 

FishHawk Ranch was established with the idea of protecting the natural environment on which the community is built and creating an infrastructure where residents can easily access the outdoors. The community has been built with the following eco-friendly features:

There are thousands of trees located throughout FishHawk ranch, many of which were preserved when the land was developed. 
 
Neighborhood
There are dozens of neighborhoods at FishHawk Ranch, which means that there is a home and lifestyle for a variety of incomes. The nice thing is that all residents, no matter where they live have access to the same wonderful community and amenities.   
 
Every home is located within 1/4 mile of a neighborhood park, which makes getting outside and socializing with residents easy.   There are also several pools located throughout the community.   Community pools not only make for a great place to relax, but also ease the burden on the environment, as individual homeowners may opt not to install a private pool.
 
Larger shared community amenities are quite impressive. There is are 2 clubhouses which play host to many community activities and a park square which features shops and restaurants. In the park square residents can participate in a variety of events like a summer concert series, a 5K road race, movies in the park and much more.  
 
Homes
Homes vary widely in style and size and are separated in different neighborhoods throughout the community.   Homes range from approximately 1,250 to 5,000+ square feet and from the high $100,000s to well over $1,000,000.

Transportation
FishHawk Ranch is located in southeastern Hillsborough County several miles off of Interstate 75.   The area is fast growing so there are dozens of conveniences within a short drive from the community. Restaurants, golf, shopping, and places of worship are all nearby. Downtown Tampa is about 20 miles away.
