Overview

Concept

Habershal is a community of EarthCraft homes, located in the West Highlands area of Atlanta. West Highlands is an award winning master-planned community, which was previously occupied by project housing until the early 2000s. The community was completely rebuilt and the area has been transformed into a group of subdivisions which honor diversity and nature. The neighborhoods contain several large green parks.

Brock Built is the award winning builder of Habershal. Nearly all new homes are built to EarthCraft Home standards, which translates to serious savings in monthly energy costs and a healthier home. West Highlands is Brock Built's largest ongoing project.

Neighborhood

Habershal features wide sidewalks which weave throughout the community. At the center of the community is a large park which encourages residents to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Atlanta weather. Homes at Habershal are all carefully placed so that they will be an integral part of the community. Typically, homes have large front porches and are built close to the street to encourage a sense of community. Many of the homes have rear loading garages, which improves street appeal and cuts down on street traffic, making the neighborhood safer for children.

Downtown Atlanta, Atlantic Station and Buckhead are all just a few minutes from the community. The surrounding area provides plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Homes

Habershal features two and three story single family homes. Recently the community rolled out a new line of Cottage Series floor plans, which are a little smaller, between 1,523 and 2,170 square feet, and start at $199,000.

Most homes at Habershal are built to EarthCraft standards. EarthCraft homes are carefully inspected throughout the construction process and provide significant energy and water savings (up to 30%). EarthCraft Building Program standards include:

Habershal is located within the perimeter, just 5 miles from Downtown Atlanta. There is a MARTA rail stop just a few minutes walk from the entrance to the community. From there, getting around the Atlanta area and to the Airport is easy.
