leafOverview

340 on the Park is the second tallest residential tower in the city of Chicago, standing 62 stories tall. The building is located in the East Loop area of Chicago and is in the perfect location for anyone who works in the city or just wants to live near all the excitement of downtown Chicago. Construction finished on the building in 2007, but there are still several new and resale units for sale.

The building has achieved LEED Silver certification due to some of the standard methods and some less conventional. The building features bamboo flooring, dual-flush toilets and low VOC paints in each unit. Additionally, the community features:
  • 2+ story wintergarden on the 25th floor
  • Air conditioning is supplied from chilled water
  • Storm water collection for irrigation
  • Green Roof

Getting around from 340 on the Park couldn’t be easier. The building has a bike storage room and is connected to the underground Chicago pedway system, which makes getting around Chicago much easier during days when the weather is less than perfect.

Views from the building are spectacular. The location next to Millennium Park and Lake Michigan allows for residents to see many miles. Residents can view Buckingham Fountain, Millennium Park, Michigan Avenue, and the Chicago loop from their private balconies.
