Overview

Ecologic Lofts is a 7-story, 94-unit, new construction building located near the intersection of three of Chicago's most popular neighborhoods: Bucktown, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview. The building is located in close proximity of the Kennedy Expressway, allowing for a quick commute to either downtown or the suburbs. Views are terrific, with the entire Chicago skyline visible for southern-facing units.

Ecologic Lofts is knows for its inclusion of wind power technology on the building's roof. Small turbines line the roof and supplement the power supply to the building. The building features other green features as well:
