Overview

Twinbrook Station Concept

Twinbrook Station is a 2.2 million square foot eco-focused development located just outside of the nation’s capital in Maryland. Once completed, it will be the Washington areas first Gold Certified LEED Neighborhood Development. Offering over 1,500 homes and apartments, first grade office space, retail, dining, and plenty of green space, Twinbrook Station will be a popular place to call home for thousands of people.

Located in what was a 26 acre parking lot, the transit-oriented community will be extremely eco-focused. The location alone, which will be served by over 1,000 mass transit trips daily, will significantly reduce the amount of travel currently required for residents to access everyday conveniences. The structures will be built with a focus on water and energy savings, resulting in at least a 30% reduction in water usage. Organic gardens and green spaces will also be found throughout Twinbrook Station.

Neighborhood

Twinbrook Station will be a pedestrian focused neighborhood, with large green spaces throughout, but will also have access for motor vehicles. Wide sidewalks will be lined with cafes and retail. Residential units, both apartments and condos, will be located around the exterior of the development. Many units will feature either pool or courtyard views.

Homes

Twinbrook Station will feature 1,595 apartments and condos. The condos will be built using many eco-friendly building materials. Floorplans and pricing are not yet available, but by requesting a brochure above, you will receive the materials when they become available.

Transportation

Twinbrook Station will be located along the red line, at a new stop "Twinbrook Station". A metro trip of about 30 minutes will take riders to Metro Center and Union Station. It will also be served by 1,000 mass transit trips daily, making it extremely accessible. Bike and car parking will be available.
