Overview
Concept
Elliot Tower is centrally located in the heart of Portland's Cultural District just across the street from the Portland Art Museum. This 18 story tower features 229 residences of various styles. The building has the honor of being the first LEED-ND project in the country to earn a Silver rating. This is primarily because of the buildings convenient location in the center of a city which dramatically cuts down on pollution due to commuting. The building also features energy efficient lighting, community open space and an efficient water service system.

Neighborhood
