Overview

Concept

Thin Flats is an 8 unit modern condo project located in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood. The project gets it's name from the exterior appearance, which is an attractive façade of thin patches of metal, glass, and airy openings. The project will be the first LEED Platinum residential duplex project. That means that homes will use at least 60% less energy and 50% less water than a comparably sized home.

Neighborhood

Northern Liberties is filled with bars, restaurants, parks, cafes, nurseries and much more. The area is alive with activity, given it's desirable location just north of City Center. Due to its great location property values in the area have been strong in recent years. The area is highlighted by 2 large parks (one dog park)which are always abound with activity.

Homes

All flats are 3 bed/3 bath and range from 1,832 to 2,255 square feet. Units are either 2 or 3 stories tall and feature the following green features:
