Concept
Branch Creek is a small community in Summerville, South Carolina, which is focused on building healthy, eco-friendly homes. Featuring just over 100 homes, it is easily walkable and will prove to be a place where neighbors know each other well and socialize daily. The community is surrounded by picturesque pine trees, which provide residents with back yard privacy and pleasant views.
Neighborhood
Branch Creek consists of just 116 homes which are built on winding streets all centered around a Towne Square. There are several small ponds throughout the community, and a hiking path provides a place for convenient exercise. Community events occur throughout the year, with the highlight being the fourth of July fireworks.
Shopping and restaurants are located just a couple miles from the community at Azalea Square. There you will find department stores, salons, cafes, and a movie theater.
Homes
Branch Creek offers 8 single family home floorplans. All of the homes are two story and range from just over 2,000 square feet to nearly 3,500 square feet. Homes feature pleasant exterior styles with large front porches plenty of windows. Typical layouts include large great rooms and spacious kitchens with breakfast nooks. Additional elevations are available for each plan, which may include additional outdoor porches.
Homes at Branch Creek are built to the standards of the EarthCraft Building Program. The Building Program standards include:

Transportation
Getting around Branch Creek is done mostly by automobile. Easy access to the highway and the relatively small community size make getting around the area easy. Summerville is less than a 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There you will find beaches, fine dining, and the historic downtown district. Charleston Airport is only a 15 minute drive from the community down Interstate 26.
