Concept
Hunley Waters is a waterfront community of 36 cottages located in the Park Circle district of North Charleston . The intimate eco-friendly community has been designed with features to make it safe, healthy, and active for all of its residents. Every home at within the gated community will be built to EarthCraft Homes gold standard.
Neighborhood
Residents at Hunley waters have access to community walking trails and a neighborhood pavilion and dock, which can be used for fishing, crabbing, or kayaking. At the center of the community is an attractively landscaped retention pond which is surrounded with native plants. The community is also located just a few blocks form the thriving Park Circle shopping district. The shopping district offers restaurants, cafes, retail stores, boutiques, and much more.
Homes
Homes at Hunley Waters are built using an innovative new approach to home construction which cuts down dramatically on construction time and allows for a better sealed building envelope. The home are constructed in several sections, in a climate controlled warehouse, and then assembled on site. This allows for tighter quality controls and a much faster and cleaner building process. "Pre-Fab" homes have been given a bad reputation over the years, but one look at these semi-custom homes, will probably change your opinion. They are stylish, more efficient, and healthier than homes built on site, which are exposed to the elements throughout construction.
Homes are two stories with large porches and range is size from 1,700 to about 2,000 square feet. There are four floorplans to choose from, which have options that can be customized to your liking.
