Concept
The Enclave at Lake Pointe is a new green focused community located in Sugar Land, Texas. The community will contain 100 patio homes and town homes, all of which will meet the new National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Gold Standard.
The NAHB guidelines cover seven areas, or guiding principles: Lot Design; Resource Efficiency; Energy Efficiency; Water Efficiency; Indoor Environmental Quality; Homeowner Education; and Global Impact. By achieving the highest standard of Gold, the developer, ZK Homes, has made strides in each of the areas mentioned above. Their commitment towards building sustainably has made them a leading builder in the Houston area.
Neighborhood
The Enclave is contained within the larger Lake Pointe Town Center, which is a collection of neighborhoods located in Sugar Land, Texas. The community, while located in the suburbs, provides an urban feel. Within walking distance from many homes are shops, restaurants, fitness centers, and walking paths which weave along abundant lakefronts. Throughout the community, residents will enjoy the following features:
