Concept
Swanee 21 is a new development in the heart of Austin. The building is made up for twenty one unique floor plans with an emphasis on solar power. The roof at Swanee 21 is covered with solar panels and excess electricity will be sold and paid into the HOA, keeping fees low.
Other green features include:

Homes
The twenty one homes at Swanee 21 all have unique floorplans, but provide some of the same great features. Homes have generous outdoor living areas (up to 700 square feet) and private yards.
