Concept
Located at the top of the W Hotel in Austin's block 21 are 154 of the most prestigious private residences in the city. The W Austin Hotel and Residences is projected to be a LEED Certified building, employing many sustainable building practices, including:

Residents can expect the same level of service that W Hotels offers its guests. 24/7 concerierge is available for any request, no matter how small or large. Guests are offered services such as room service, grocery shopping, dog walking, valet (w/ a hot coffee every morning), and much more. 
 
Residents can use all of the amenities available to W hotel guests, and also can take advantage of many private amenities.   Two swimming pools, a fitness center, three restaurants, and world class bar, will all contribute to the "wow" factor that the W is known for.
 
Neighborhood
The building will be the anchor of Austin's block 21. The block, located in the 2nd Street District, will also feature Austin City Limits Studios, shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.   The 2nd Street District is knows as Austin's premiere shopping and entertainment location.
 
The building is also located just one block from Austin's "Hike and Bike Trail", which weaves along the river and throughout the city. Thousands of joggers, bikers, and walkers take advantage of the trail and its adjacent fitness areas everyday. 
 
Homes
The W offers 20 different floorplans which range from 1 bed/1 bath studio style units to 4 bed/ 4 bath penthouses. Units range in size from approximately 600 square feet to up to 4,000+ square feet.   All of the condos contain exterior views with floor to ceiling windows. Some units have a sliding glass door which simply opens for fresh air, while others feature large balconies.   Since the residential units are located above the hotel, all units will boast great views of the city and surrounding green space.
