Overview

Old Trail Village Concept

Old Trail Village is a wonderful new construction community located at the base of the Blue Ridge mountains, just 12 miles outside of Charlottesville. The community was created for all walks of life, featuring a variety of home styles, abundant amenities, and miles of natural beauty. Old Trail Village borrows from some of the worlds great cities, creating a community that is walkable with dozens of parks and an intimate small town feel.

At the center of the community is the village center, a mixture of locally owned shops and businesses that is within walking distance of every residence in the community. Residents can enjoy sitting outside at a café, a day at the salon, or dinner at the pizza parlor. The village center also includes a state of the art fitness and wellness center with a large swimming facility just down the street.

Old Trail golf club features 18-holes of stunning views and immaculate greens. The clubhouse features a pro-shop and snack bar.

Neighborhood

Old Trail Village is made up of several different neighborhoods, which all center around the community amenities. Connecting the neighborhoods are miles of trails and sidewalks, which weave throughout the community. Pocket parks and large community parks are scattered throughout Old Trail Village. There are also 3 large ponds which offer fishing and a sanctuary for local wildlife. Pre-K to 12th grade schools are all within walking distance of the community.

The individual neighborhoods offer different styles and prices of homes, from apartments, to attached townhomes, to large estate homes.
