Old Trail Village Concept
Old Trail Village is a wonderful new construction community located at the base of the Blue Ridge mountains, just 12 miles outside of Charlottesville. The community was created for all walks of life, featuring a variety of home styles, abundant amenities, and miles of natural beauty. Old Trail Village is made up of several different neighborhoods, which all center around the community amenities. Connecting the neighborhoods are miles of trails and sidewalks, which weave throughout the community. Pocket parks and large community parks are scattered throughout Old Trail Village. There are also 3 large ponds which offer fishing and a sanctuary for local wildlife. Pre-K to 12th grade schools are all within walking distance of the community.
The individual neighborhoods offer different styles and prices of homes, from apartments, to attached townhomes, to large estate homes.
