Concept

Eleven Eleven East Pike is a new construction urban infill structure that is located in Seattle's buzzing Pike/Pine neighborhood. The five story project is Built Green, 3 star certified and features a roof top terrace where neighbors will gather and enjoy views of the entire city.

Eleven Eleven is located along a strip of buildings that served as auto showrooms and garages during the 1950's. For that reason, the structure exterior features colors that were popular on automobiles during that time period. The appearance is bold and stylish.

The architect is Tom Kundig, who has a national reputation for building daring buildings which embrace simple style.   This is his first condo project and he seems to have the Seattle area abuzz.

The Homes

Most units are 1 bedroom and vary in square footage from 600 to 1,125. Units have floor to ceiling windows and most offer unobstructed views of downtown Portland and beyond.

Units feature moveable hanging "puzzle" walls, which allow for the quick and easy re-allocation of space between rooms.

Transportation

Eleven Eleven is located in the Pike/Pine neighborhood, near another project we have featured called Trace Lofts. The neighborhood is easily walkable and offers all sorts of conveniences, primarily centered around retail, restaurants and bars.
