Concept
Enso is a 19-story stunning condominium tower located in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. Enso is part of a larger project, consisting of an office building, a restaurant and wine bar, and retail. The residential building plans for a LEED Gold rating, and has made many strides to be eco-friendly. They include:
  • Shared high performance central energy plant with adjacent tower
  • Stunning glass curtain which allows light in but keeps unnecessary heat out
  • 75% of construction waste diversion from landfills
  • Location across the street from streetcar stop
 
Neighborhood
South Lake Union has become one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live in in Seattle. The development is located across the street from shopping, bars and nightlife, and just a few steps away is the 12-acre Lake Union Park. The waterfront park will offer recreation areas and beautiful trails.
 
Homes
Enso features 135 units that range from open one bedrooms at 703 square feet, to two bedrooms and penthouses which offer as many as 2285 square feet. The units feature breathtaking views of the surrounding city with floor-to-ceiling glass. Interior finishes are upscale and very green. Features include:
